I am a diabetic and have lost most of my vision from macular degeneration. I love to travel, but I've had to go to the hospital several times for emergencies while I'm away from home. The LIFE LOCKET is a lifesaver. The doctors at the emergency rooms had all my vital information immediately available to them. I own three nursing homes. Many of my patients are quite ill and are on many different medications. When we have to take someone to the hospital or to a doctor's office, we give them the nurse the LIFE LOCKET. We know all the information on the bracelet is up-to-date and accurate. It also saves time, since we don't have to fill out all the information forms every time. I have a son with autistic disorder and I always worry that he might wander away. So far he hasn't, but I feel comfortable knowing that if he were to be lost, someone will be able to use the LIFE LOCKET information on his bracelet to call us and let us know where he is. Grandpa has Alzheimer's. Our greatest fear is that someday he may walk out of the house while we aren't watching. Now that he that he wears his LIFE LOCKET bracelet all the time, we feel more comfortable. We know anyone could take his bracelet, plug it into a computer, find our phone number and address and give us a call. It's a real relief. We've heard horrible stories about people with Alzheimer's and dementia getting lost and not being found for days. |
